Every piece of our wholesale silver jewelry comes with a 30
day guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials.
We have a 10 day, no-questions-asked return policy for wholesale
silver jewelry or any of our wholesale gift items, but we
may (rarely) charge a 15% restocking fee for wholesale silver
jewelry and wholesale gifts at our discretion, and cannot

item returns can be exchanged, refunded or held on account

can I pay?
We accept Visa, MC, American Express, JCB and Paypal. We ship
COD to established customers only.
How
do I pay by PayPal?
You need to have an account with them, and it is very easy
to set up. See PayPal to
sign up. We are always open to new payment services, so if
you use one that we don't accept, please let
us know.
How
quickly do you ship?
We ship orders within two business days of receiving them.
Typically you will get your order within 5 business days of
placing it (US customers). Our standard shipping method is
via Fedex 2 day service, which takes 3 business days to reach
destinations East of the Rockies.
I
just got my order, but the total charged doesn't match the
order confirmation I was emailed after placing the order...
We may be out of stock on items you ordered, in which case
the quantity shown will be "0". When ordering items sold by
the gram, our site price is an estimated price. Actual prices
are determined by the individual weight of each piece at the
time of processing.
Also,
shipping charges for orders containing items other than jewelry
are estimates only. We charge actual shipping charges, which
may differ slightly from the estimate on your order confirmation.

Wow,
shipping must be expensive from there. How does that work?
We ship all domestic orders via Fedex. Since the Fedex planes
come to Hawaii full and fly back to the Mainland US basically
empty, we get great rates. 2-3 day service to the Mainland
US is just $7 for jewelry orders, regardless of quantity ordered.
For lamps and textiles, shipping charges are determined by
actual weight. Fedex rates are lower than postal service,
and lower even than Fedex Ground.
What
about shipping charges on International orders and orders
to Puerto Rico?
We ship all orders outside the 50 US states via FedEx. Charges
vary by country, but estimates can be obtained by visiting
the FedEx site, or by emailing
us.
What's
a reseller number? I don't have one...
Some states don't require one. We do not require one except
for businesses in the state of Hawaii that wish to avoid paying
our retail GE Tax and want to be taxed at the wholesale rate..

you drop ship?
Yes, we do drop ship, as long as each order meets our $100
minimum. We are currently exploring the possibility of decreasing
the minimum for drop-ship orders. If you have some insight
from dealing with other companies, we'd love to hear from
you.

I use your pictures on my site?
Yes, we allow you to use our pics to promote our products.
If there is anything else we can do to help increase sales,
let us know.
Can
I sell your products on my website?
Of course. You should have whatever items you are selling
in stock in your own inventory. We run out of items, so if
you sell something we are out of stock on, it will be up to
you to handle your customer. We accept no responsibility for
out of stock items, but we do try our best to avoid the "sold
out" sign.
Do
you have a printed catalog?
We have a catalog that shows a sampling of the hundreds of
items we stock. Because our stock is constantly changing,
the website is
always the best place to see what we have. Having said that,
we understand sometimes it helps to hold something in your
hands. If you would like a catalog, you can request one here.
How
